Hengstenberg Bavarian Wine Sauerkraut
/ Delicious Mild Wine Sauerkraut from Hengstenberg in a 24 ounce glass jar. Simmer with 1 cup of water or meat stock (or chicken bouillon) for 15-20 minutes. Add onions and/or double-smoked bacon for added flavor. The unopened jar requires no refrigeration. Add some sliced apples and some coriander seeds for an interesting twist. Pairs very well with our Weisswurst and the Löwensenf!
